Refund policy

This is probably the most unusual and simple refund policy you will ever see.

The Ulitmate Car Scratch Remover is guaranteed for ONE FULL YEAR from the date of purchase.  You can use it all up and if you not thrilled you can get 100% money back.

Most of the time you will not need to return the kit.  Occasionally, I will want to inspect the components for defects and if that is the case I will issue return shipping via USPS  and all you need to do is give it to your postal carrier OR drop at your local post office. 

This policy applies to all products sold on this website.  I stand behind everything we sell and if you are not happy I do not deserve your hard earned money. 

If you wish to get a refund simply email and include your full name, order number, date of purchase and the product.

Once we verify the information we will issue a credit to your original credit card used for the purchase. Typically once we issue the credit it can take the banks 3-7 days to apply it to your account.
